Fast, reliable and uncomplicated delivery - that's our policy when it comes to your order. Therefore, the shipment of goods usually takes place within 1-2 working days after receipt of order or payment.
For our commercial customers, the agreed delivery terms apply - you can conveniently see them in your account.

Methods of Payment

Prepayment

With this payment method, the goods are shipped automatically after receipt of payment. When placing your order you will receive in this case by email all the necessary information for a comfortable transfer. If we have not received payment after 7 working days, this order will be canceled. We will also inform you by email in this case. In the case of a foreign transfer, please take into account possible transaction charges when making your payment. The exact amount of this fee can be found directly at your bank branch.

Cash on delivery

The invoice amount is to be paid on receipt of the goods in cash directly to the delivering messenger. For this, the parcel service levies a COD charge which is already included in the invoice amount. The exact amount of this fee can be found in the table above. In the case of a return, we will transfer the resulting balance (minus the already incurred COD amount). within about 5 working days on the bank account specified by you on the return slip.

Invoice

You will receive your delivery against invoice with individual payment term. Please note that for new customers the first deliveries can only be made against prepayment or cash on delivery. Your personal payment terms can be found within your customer account after registration.
